MBAKS GA Manager Parker Dawson and Seattle Builders Council Chair Roque DeHerrera joined a panel hosted by the Seattle Metro Chamber of Commerce recently to discuss the comprehensive plan update. The conversation centered largely around how to bolster density gains in transit corridors and how Seattle can provide better flexibility for development standards like floor area ratio (FAR) to drive more diverse middle housing choices out of the comprehensive plan and implementation of HB 1110.
