As executive director for the Puget Sound Regional Council, Josh Brown works to support a thriving central Puget Sound region through planning for growth, transportation, and economic development. Prior to PSRC, Josh served as Kitsap county commissioner, PSRC president, and worked as a commercial real estate broker. Josh holds a degree focused on city and regional planning from UC Berkeley.
Doug Davis
Hallmark Realty Corporation
Doug Davis is the president and designated broker of Hallmark Realty Corporation, a Kirkland-based 45-agent office specializing in residential and commercial sales and leasing. In his 40-plus year career, he has occupied various positions of leadership for known area entities and boasts thousands of hours of education in both residential and commercial real estate as a certified real estate instructor.

Brenda is Nunes Group’s managing broker at Keller Williams Eastside in Kirkland. She is a nationally recognized educator, advocate, and mentor for a sustainable real estate, as well as a a global property specialist. Brenda brings a diverse background in the areas of real estate, business development, and geotechnical industries. She places a high value on long-term client relationships versus fast business transactions.
Jeff Skall, MBA

Originally a commercial real estate appraiser, Jeff has spent the better part of the last 18 years with Weyerhaeuser Real Estate Company and its subsidiaries where he provided joint venture and equity lending to homebuilders in Arizona. Jeff holds a degree in Regional Development and Planning with a minor in Real Estate from University of Arizona and an MBA from Arizona State University.
Spencer Wutherich
Quadrant Homes
As VP of purchasing and multifamily at Quadrant Homes, Spencer oversees purchasing across all projects, multifamily construction, production scheduling, and, most recently, the Customer Care Team. Prior to that, he was director of construction. Quadrant Homes built its first townhome community in 2017 and continues to be a leader in the townhome market, with projects in Newcastle, Bellevue, and Kirkland.
