Managing Customer Expectations
A Remodelers Webinar Series Event
The most critical aspect of a construction job is not the sticks and bricks, but managing the expectations of the client. There are three main challenges to meeting these expectations for the builder/remodeler.
The first is that these expectations are set from the beginning of the sales process right through to the end of the job. The second is that there are multiple people involved in the process. And third, the client is exposed to media outside of our control that paints both excessively positive thinking or, in many cases, excessively negative thinking. How do you navigate all these minefields?
In this seminar you will learn:
- Why we must manage both positive and negative expectations
- How expectations are set throughout the process
- How passing the job from sales to production creates challenges
- What are real life actions of the job manager to manage client expectations
