Recruitment is at the heart of the Master Builders Association of King and Snohomish Counties. Our volunteer recruiters are dedicated to spreading the word about the many benefits of becoming a member of MBAKS to other industry professionals and organizations. Put your pride to work and learn effective recruiting and presentation skills that you can put to work not just recruiting new members, but in business development for your own company. Each meeting is a fun, upbeat and inspirational experience centered around a core group of selling skills: strategy, training, accountability, action, recognition, and goal setting.
