The Residential Builders Council (RBC) works to address regulatory issues in King County and its local municipalities. Members are invited to participate in roundtable discussions on local issues affecting day-to-day business and stay in the know with weekly newsletters.

  • Sammamish Sewer Connection Moratorium Expires

    The Sammamish Plateau Water and Sewer District allowed the sewer connection moratorium on the northern part of the city to expire on August 23. With the moratorium expired, the District is once again accepting sewer connections with an adjusted process.
