Seattle Public Utilities (SPU) has started a stakeholder outreach process to collect feedback on proposed changes that could have a major impact on homebuilding in the city, increasing costs for homebuilders and homebuyers. Your participation and feedback is important.

The changes relate to CS101 (which will be called WTR 440.1) and System Development Charges (SDCs). To learn more about what’s planned, check their online open house and sign up to receive email updates. SPU will periodically update the website with new materials and questions/answers.
