The foundation of Micheline’s business acumen was built watching her parents’ incredible work ethic and perseverance against all odds. Her dad grew up with nothing, joined the Marines, then built a career without any formal education. After her dad passed away when she was 11 years old, her mom went back to work full-time while raising three children, eventually getting her doctorate at age 60. Her example showed Micheline what a strong woman could accomplish. She admires this same tenacity in the women she works with, serving as the president of Women Business Owners in 2016. Micheline’s greatest inspiration has come from her husband who she proudly works beside and learns from everyday, remodeling beautiful family homes for people they truly care about.
