A builder member is a general contractor whose primary business is single-family home construction or remodeling, land development, multi-family, modular panelized or commercial construction.
An associate member is either a specialty contractor or a supplier of goods or services to the construction industry.

Built Green
Builders, designers and developers are the foundation of the Built Green program. As a participating builder, designer or developer, you can use the Built Green logo, decal, and other promotional materials to market your company if you enroll projects in the program. For each project enrolled, a Project Enrollment Form and Built Green checklist must be completed and payment made for enrollment made. The annual participation fee is $100 for MBA members or $250 for non-MBA members.

Remodelers Council Membership
The Remodelers Council consists of building and remodeling contractors looking to learn the latest trends or network with other remodelers, as well as vendors and associate members. The RC heads up the Remodeling Excellence (REX) Awards and Remodeled Homes Tour, among other events. The annual participation fee is $60 for employees of MBA member companies.

Professional Women in Building Council Membership
The Professional Women in Building Council of the Master Builders Association supports, connects and inspires women to collaborate by providing networking events, professional development opportunities and unique ways to give back to the community. The annual participation fee is $65 for employees of MBA member companies.

Sales & Marketing Council Membership
The Sales & Marketing Council consists of builders, designers, and marketing and real estate professionals looking to stay ahead in the industry and seek networking opportunities. The council also welcomes vendor or associate members interested in establishing valuable business relationships with real estate agents, architects and other MBA members. The annual participation fee is $60 for employees of MBA member companies.

King County Builders Council The King County Builders Council is a forum of builders and associates working to address proposed legislation in King County. Participation in this council is free.**	Snohomish County Builders Council The Snohomish County Builders Council is the strategic lobbying arm for regulatory issues in Snohomish County and its local municipalities. Participation in this council is free.**
Seattle Builders Council The Seattle Builders Council addresses land use, codes, and other regulatory issues that occur within the City of Seattle. Participation in this council is free.**
